Refunds and 30 Day Guarantee
MomCart, LLC guarantees our services for new clients for 30 days from the day the client signs up. If the
client is not satisifed with our services, MomCart, LLC will refund the hosting fees paid by the customer.
It is important to note that domains are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, there is no way of "unregistering" it.
Furthermore, due to the nature of website templates, website templates are non-refundable.
To cancel an account and receive a refund, 1) Log in to the MomCart client area 2) Open a new support
ticket with your cancellation request 3) MomCart will terminate your services and a refund will be issued
within 48 hours.
